Tool Sale Sunday 23rd April 2023

YWR have many tools that have been donated to us over the years. So many in fact the we now have quite a few duplicates. We would like to generate some income by releasing some tools so that others can use.

All tools will be in boxes according to thier approximate value. All proceeds will go to Pway Funding.

If you have any tools you wish to donate, please bring along to YWR before this date.

NOTE: Electrical items are not to be sold this time.

Please come along to this small event, you may find that odd sized spanner you have been looking for, or you could take away items for upcycling into some sort or artwork!

I used the Kiosk on 16th April to sell second hand novels and the first of the Grand Draw Tickets. Whilst it was a useful day, I publicised it less and raised less, no surprises there. Another time it could be focused toward one of our fund raising campaigns or volunteering.
Having something additional seemed to be welcomed by the visitors.
For me it was a useful visibility of what the Sunday volunteers do and how it operates.
I wondered whether anyone else is interested in using the Kiosk in a similar way to give a touch of variety to our standard offering. Katy is taking bookings.

The next Sunday I am available would be 4th June. This is the proposed volunteers day. Perhaps we could link it all together?
